Chateau Maris Minervois "La Touge" Cru la Liviniere Syrah 2003

90% Syrah, blended with 10% Grenache. Aged 16 months in oak (30% new barrels and 70% in a to 3 years barrels). The wine goes 100% malolactic. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered and has less than 2 grams per liter of residual sugar.

This is what Robert Eden calls his 'lunch' wine. It should be light and a simple pleasure.
